Happy (almost) New Year Bridge Church family!

I hope this email finds you enjoying the final days of 2024! Can you believe we’re about to step into 2025? It’s amazing how quickly this year has flown by, and I am so excited to invite you to our final worship service of the year this Sunday, December 29th.

This Sunday promises to be something truly special, and I don’t want you to miss it. I (Pastor Rob) will be teaching an important and timely message titled “REDO: Embracing the Changes That Will Transform Your Tomorrow.” We’ll dive into Genesis 12:1-9 and the story of Abraham, discovering how God called him out of his past and into a brand-new beginning filled with eternal purpose and significance. If you’ve been longing for a fresh start, this message is for you!

Even more exciting—this message will also serve as an introduction to our upcoming series, “The Mount: New Year. New You. New Habits,” kicking off on Sunday, January 5th, 2025. Together, in that series, we will explore how to build new habits that are rooted in God’s Word and purpose for our lives as we begin a brand-new year.

Our amazing worship team has prepared a powerful set of songs to lead us in praise, including:

  ?"Angels: Glory to God"
 ?"Glory: Let There Be Peace"
 ?"King of Kings"
 ?"Great Are You Lord"

And here’s some more big news you won’t want to miss: We’re thrilled to announce that Matthew Ketring has officially joined our team as the new full-time Director of Next-Gen Ministries! Starting January 1st, Matthew will lead our Kids and Student Ministries, and he’s already hitting the ground running.

And so, because of that, this Sunday, if you sign up to serve in either Kids Ministry or Student Ministry for the very first time...not only will you get to Spin the Wheel to win a fun prize, but Matthew will also be grilling up some delicious Carne Asada Tacos after the service for all new and current volunteers. So come ready to say “yes” to making a difference in the next generation and come hungry!

God is about to do some amazing things in and through The Bridge Church in 2025, and we can’t wait to help guide you into your next steps of following Jesus. This is your chance to bring a friend, bring your Bible, and get ready for all that God has in store.

As we prepare for this new year, let’s reflect on these words from Isaiah 43:19:
"See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland."

We can’t wait to see you this Sunday! Let’s worship together, celebrate what God has done, and step boldly into all He has planned for us in the year ahead.

See you Sunday!

Blessings,
Pastor Rob

Kids Kingdom News:
We here at Kids Kingdom want to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Joyous New Year. The Children did a fantastic job with our Christmas Program. We are so proud of them. Thank you parents for helping them memorize their lines, and to the volunteers that help make it possible. We have one more event this year. On Sunday we will be enjoying Kingdom Fest. We will have games and a special snack. What a way to end the year.
We have more exciting things to come in 2025, so be sure to be here for all of them.  -Miss Terry
