Happy Friday Bridge Church Family,
I hope this email finds you filled with joy and anticipation for all God is doing among us! I want to personally invite you to join us for worship this Sunday morning at 10:00 a.m. in the Worship Center.
Over the past month, we've seen God’s Spirit at work in incredible ways here at The Bridge! More than 70 of our members boldly took part in the “Witness Challenge,” sharing their faith and inviting those in their oikous—those in their circle of influence—to experience Jesus at The Bridge. It’s been a season of stepping out and watching God move powerfully!
Last weekend, we celebrated our very first WELCOME PARTY, and it was a beautiful time filled with fun, fellowship, and great food. We were thrilled to welcome over 117+ people! A huge shout-out to Pastor Phil for planning and leading this amazing event. And most importantly, just this past Sunday, three people placed their faith in Jesus Christ for the very first time! This is the greatest miracle of all, and we celebrate and thank God for changing lives in our midst!
But as incredible as October was, I believe God is just getting started! As we head into November, I want to invite you to continue the journey with us. This Sunday, we'll be diving deeper into our brand-new message series on the Book of Acts called We Are The Church. I’ll be teaching from Acts 6:1-7, where we’ll see how the early church turned obstacles into opportunities and grew stronger together as God’s power was unleashed. It’s going to be a powerful time, so be sure to bring your Bibles and come ready to be informed, inspired and equipped to faithfully live out the truth of God’s Word in our daily lives.
And there’s more! We’re thrilled to announce the launch of The Journey, a new 7-week discipleship experience designed to help each one of us grow closer to Jesus. This Sunday marks the exciting kickoff of this life-changing initiative. You definitely don’t want to miss it!
So, make plans now to join us, and why not bring a friend with you? God is moving, and I can’t wait to see how He continues to work as we gather together in worship and dive into His Word.

Starting November 3rd
The Bridge Church Reno
Starting November third we will kick off "coffee with the Pastor." These are informal gatherings in the welcome center after church (a max of 11 people per gathering) aimed at helping Pastor Rob get to know every one at the Bridge (and vice-versa). You have to register ahead of time (since Rob is bringing free fresh coffee and Doughboy Donuts for all who attend each week!). To sign up text the word “coffee” to (775) 363-0660
Kids Kingdom Leaders Meeting
November 3rd after the 10am worship service

If you are serving or would like to serve in Kids Kingdom we will be having a meeting November 3rd after the 10am worship service. Also our Kids Kingdom Christmas celebration will be December 8th from 10am to 2pm. You must RSVP to kidskingdom@thebridgereno.com order to receive lunch. We would love extra volunteers for this event.
Kids Kingdom News:
We are getting ready for the busiest time of the year. While we are Hustling and Bustling, please remember that as a member of God's team we are the "Game Changers". Let's find someone who we can tell about Jesus. We are almost to the end of our series "Game Changer" On God's team life is so much better. Let us remember what we have learned and put it into practice. We all want to give a big Kids Kingdom welcome to Lookie Carvalho. She joined us last Sunday and we want her to feel welcome here. Parents - If you have not filled out a permission form for us to videotape your child, please see Mrs. Terry. We need a form even if you do not want to participate. All Kids Kingdom Volunteers and anyone who would like to volunteer in Kids Kingdom, we will be having a short meeting Sunday, November 3rd right after service. There is information I need to pass along to you, but will try and keep it as short as possible. Christmas Celebration - December 8, 10am-2pm. We need everyone who is planning on being here to RSVP. I need to make sure we have enough food and materials for the children. See Mrs. Terry, I will have a signup sheet at the desk or you can email me at kidskingdom@thebridgereno.com.
