Latest from the Bridge Church
Happy Friday Bridge Family!
I pray that your week has been truly blessed so far. I just wanted to take a moment to personally invite each and every one of you to join us for worship this Sunday at 10:00am at the Bridge Church. And that’s because, this weekend’s gathering is truly going to be an incredible service that I really don’t want you to miss.
For starters, this Sunday we are continuing our brand new message series in the book of Acts that we’ve been calling, “We Are the Church”. And this weekend Pastor Phil will be sharing a powerful message from Acts 4:32-37 called “The Church’s Posture”. The main focus this weekend is that true greatness happens when we share, care, and inspire each other in accordance with God’s Word. I truly believe that this sermon from Pastor Phil is going to speak to ALL of us in a very profound way.
Not only that, but I’m also especially excited about this Sunday… because I (Pastor Rob) will actually be co-leading worship/music alongside the one-and-only Elizabeth Kirk and our awesome worship team! This is going to be a powerful time of lifting our voices together and praising the living Jesus. Our worship set-list this weekend includes the songs:
I’ve been praying that this time of worship will touch your heart, whether you’re a longtime follower of Jesus or just beginning your journey with Christ. I’m really looking forward to being in that space with all of you, giving God the praise that He alone deserves.
This week I also want to give a huge shout-out to everyone who has jumped into the Witness Challenge here at the Bridge. It’s been amazing to see nearly 70 of you stepping out and sharing your faith with people in your life—whether that’s friends, family, or co-workers. Every day, I’m hearing more stories of how God is using you to spread His love, and I couldn’t be prouder. And the “Witness Videos” on social media have been awesome to watch as well—so keep them coming!
Here’s a verse that I’ve been meditating on this week, and I hope it encourages you as we prepare for Sunday:
Psalm 95:6 says: “Come, let us bow down in worship, let us kneel before the Lord our Maker.”
I truly believe this Sunday is going to be special, and I would love to see you there. So let’s come together to worship, be encouraged, and experience Jesus in a powerful way.
Looking forward to seeing you this Sunday at 10:00am!
With joy and excitement,
Pastor Rob

Kids Kingdom News:
Are you enjoying the cooler weather this week? I think Fall has arrived. Our "Game Changer" series has been exceptional. This week we learned about encouraging each other. Sometimes one word makes all the difference. We are back in our classrooms. YAY!!! However, we have had to implement some new rules. No food is allowed in the classroom. All smacks must be eaten in the big room. We cannot have any food in the classrooms at all. Mark your calendars for our Kids Kingdom Christmas Celebration. It will be on December 8th, 10:00- 2:00. We will make Christmas ornaments, play games, and have Lunch. In order to be sure enough food is prepared, please RSVP. You can let me know personally you are coming and how many will be coming, or you can email me at kidskingdom@thebridgereno.com. We want to be sure we have enough for everyone.
I am so excited to see what God has in store for Kids Kingdom in the next few months. See ya'll on Sunday. -Miss Terry
