Latest from the Bridge Church

Dear Bridge Family and Friends,

Our small groups kicked off last week, and we’re thrilled with the great start! If you haven’t joined yet, there’s still time to get involved. We’re studying the book Anxious for Nothing by Max Lucado, which speaks powerfully to the challenges many of us face with anxiety. You won’t want to miss out on the chance to grow together, build deeper relationships, and find God’s peace.

Mark Your Calendar – September 29th! In just two weeks, we have a couple of major milestones:

1. Welcome Our New Senior Pastor, Rob Ham – We are excited to have Pastor Rob officially start on Sunday, September 29th. We are eager to see how God will use him to guide and shepherd our church family in the coming seasons.

2. The Witness Challenge – On the same day, we’ll kick off our four-week virtual missions trip called The Witness Challenge. This is an incredible opportunity to share the gospel with your “oikos” – the people God has placed in your life. Over the next four weeks, we’ll walk through practical ways to be intentional witnesses for Christ. Be sure to invite friends, family, and coworkers to join us for this unique and life-changing journey!

Website Update: Smile for the Camera!
We are updating some of the content on our church website to showcase what makes The Bridge Church special. Over the next few Sundays, you might notice photographers and videographers capturing moments of worship, fellowship, and connection. Please don’t be distracted! These candid shots are a wonderful way to share our heart with the broader community. And thank you for allowing us to have you be a part of showing our community what the bridge church is all about.

This Sunday: Is God For Us or Against Us?
We’re continuing our sermon series on anxiety this Sunday, tackling the all-important question: Is God for us, or against us? It’s easy to feel overwhelmed by life’s struggles, but God’s Word provides clear, comforting answers. Don’t miss this encouraging message—and don’t come alone!

See you soon!
Pastor Phil

Kids Kingdom News:
Now that vacations are over and school is back in session, I hope to see everyone in Kids Kingdom on Sunday. I am really excited that our new pastor, Rob Ham and his family will be here officially on September 29th.  We will be welcoming his three  boys to Kids Kingdom.  Can't wait to see what God has in store for all of us. It was great to see Mike Folkers back on Sunday.  The break was not as bad as they first thought.  Our series, "Game Changer" is teaching us how "On God's team life is so much better".   We are also learning what it means to be on God's team. Can't wait to see everyone's smiling face on Sunday.  Remember to always pray for each other. -Miss Terry
